This month I am motivating you to ask yourself two questions:

  1. What do I need to begin justifying?
  2. What do I need to stop justifying?

Justification-a reason, fact, circumstance, or explanation that justifies or defends

Yes I know this seems broad but in this case broad is good. Broad gives your brain a chance to wander and pin point what you need to address so you can continue to move forward and speak life into yourselves and others. Take a moment and write down everything in your life that you are justifying or defending, ask yourself is it helping me to continue to defend these things, habits, or people. If not, get rid of it. Then take a moment to discover what you are passionate about: self-love, politics, women’s rights, rompers? …. Then ask yourself Is this a cause beneficial to others. If so, stand behind it in anyway you can.
